Russia XIX century (icons), Moscow, 1860 (oklad). Oil on wood the reverse side covered with material. Overlaid with a richly chased silver and gold frame. The halos are secured with rhinestones. Marked with the sign of the city, the mark of the assayer I.A. (Ivan Avdeev) PL No. 2110, silver standard 84/1000 and master’s mark V.S. (Vasily Semenov) PL# 2340.
Excellent condition.
