The icon was painted in the 2nd half of the 19th century in oil on a wooden board, red velvet on the back.
Overlaid with a finely engraved silver-gilt oklad consisting of 3 parts, with multi-enamel halo, the marked with city hallmark of Moscow 1880, assayer’s mark 84 (standard silver 875/1000) and master's mark “AZ” in Cyrillic, unknown.
Condition: Very good, there are a few minor dents on the oklad (cover)
